The Arizona Sailing Foundation, Inc. (ASF) provides fun, safe, community based education in the art of sailing on a nondiscriminatory basis. Welcome to ASF!

The ASF sailing season runs from January to April and from October to December annually. ASF does not offer classes from May through September due to Arizona heat.

RETURNING Kids – $105.00
Returning youth students who have taken a previous youth sailing course with ASF.

Registration is closed

A class for kids 8-12 who want to learn to sail. No experience required. This basic class covers the skills (and confidence!) needed to successfully rig, launch, sail, and put away an Optimist "Opti" sailboat. Students will SINGLEHAND, meaning sail the boat all by themselves, on day #1.

Session #1 SATURDAY, February 4th.

Session #2 SATURDAY, February 25th.

Session #3 SATURDAY, March 11th.

Session #4 OPTION/MAKEUP, Saturday April 1st.
